I want to start working out and be healthier maybe gain some muscle… but mostly lose all the fat I have. That would be pretty awesome. I should start doing that soon eating healthier and working out more so I also have something to do for when I’m bored and not working. Drink more water and cut out soda completely. Anyone have any healthy vegetable and fruit and beans and nuts and rice, et cetera whatever else foods that are good for weight loss/just to generally be healthy? I’m vegetarian so meat like tuna and chicken breast is out of the question.
